Dandelion Lodge is run by Mel Page who has decided to turn her home and garden into a holiday hotel for rabbits, guineapigs and other small animals. With over ten years experience of working and caring for a variety of animals you know they will be well looked after. Mel also has rabbits and guineapigs of her own and regularly volunteers at a local rabbit rescue providing foster care at home when required. She also knows how important space and exercise is for each individual so will ensure that each animal will get as much space and free run time as possible.
Based in Cinderford in the heart of the Forest of Dean we offer a friendly and secure holiday boarding service for all your small pets including guineapigs, rabbits, mice, hamsters and gerbils etc. Accomodation is available both indoor and outdoors and we are open all year round. Prices start from as little as £3 a day.
Our services include, daily cleaning, feeding, exercising and grooming and we can even cater for specialised diet or medical needs. Although we mainly deal with small animals,we do occasionally have space to board toy dogs in which case our house is theirs so you will need to be used to other animals. We do not board large dogs or cats and all animals are exercised seperatly so there is no need to worry. Whether you are away for a few days or weeks you know your loved ones are in safe hands. We can also provide home visits but at present these are only available to clients in the Forest of Dean area.
