No help for 7 orphaned raccoons.

They didn't want to help us with 7 orphaned raccoons, the mother was shot and killed, in Aylmer Quebec, I had to buy pup milk at the vet, drive them 2 hours out of town to a rescue. THIS SPCA WAS OF NO HELP!
